Meditation is often thought to be a method of stress relief and relaxation for our physical and emotional well-being, however the value of meditaion goes far beyond these benefirs. Once we have true understanding of who we are through the practice of meditation, we develop and discover our inner awareness and true purpose for being. Meditation requires discipline and practice, it provides insight, clarity and a peaceful mind. Through guided meditation, practical excercise, class discussion and group encouragement we develop and strengthen our natural abilities to understand the true language of the soul.
